Job Summary:
As a Back Office Support Associate at Global Sky BPO, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. You will be responsible for handling various administrative and operational tasks that support our front-line teams and enhance overall efficiency. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records and facilitating communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and manage databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Process orders, invoices, and payments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations by compiling data from various sources.
- Support front-office staff by managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests via email and other communication channels.
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in back office support, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
