Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager at Global Sky BPO, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase market presence. You will play a critical role in expanding our service offerings and enhancing our competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
- Report on business development activities, progress towards goals, and market conditions to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the BPO or service industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
