Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at GlobalSkyBPO, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our services, products, and policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues on the first contact.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve service skills and product knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
