Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Human Resources Specialist at Global Sky BPO, you will play a crucial role in managing the employee lifecycle and supporting HR functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. You will be a key resource for both employees and management, fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote employee development and engagement.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.
  • Coordinate company events, employee recognition programs, and team-building activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in human resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in human resources or a related role is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
