Job Title: IT Manager

Job Summary:

As an IT Manager at Global Sky BPO, you will oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure and ensure the efficient operation of all IT systems. You will lead the IT team, manage projects, and implement technology solutions that support the company’s strategic objectives and enhance overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with the company’s business goals and objectives.
• Manage the IT department, providing leadership and direction to team members while fostering a collaborative environment.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the organization’s data and IT systems through effective risk management and compliance practices.
• Monitor IT budgets and resource allocation, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide technical support and training to staff, promoting effective use of technology across the organization.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in IT operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in IT management or a similar role, preferably in a BPO or service-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, and systems administration.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
