Job Summary:

As a Marketing Specialist at Global Sky BPO, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our services and enhance brand awareness. You will work collaboratively with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns, analyze market trends, and engage with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and the company website.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and digital ads.
• Engage with clients and prospects through online platforms to build relationships and gather feedback.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, webinars, and trade shows to increase brand visibility.
• Support lead generation initiatives and assist in managing the sales funnel.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing or a related role is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing strategies is a plus.
