Job Summary:
As an Operations Manager at Global Sky BPO, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead teams to achieve operational excellence, drive process improvements, and implement strategies that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize daily operations, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality across all departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with department heads to set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide support as needed.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Lead and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
- Oversee compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance, challenges, and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficient in using operations management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
