Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive at Global Sky BPO, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers. You will utilize your sales skills and industry knowledge to promote our services and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients in a timely manner.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to management on sales strategies and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the BPO or related industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
