Job Title: Telemarketer

Job Summary:

As a Telemarketer at Global Sky BPO, you will be responsible for promoting our services and generating leads through outbound calls. You will engage potential clients, provide information about our offerings, and effectively communicate the benefits of our services to drive sales and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and generate interest.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services to accurately convey information to clients.
• Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and identifying customer needs.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives or follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales.
• Handle objections and inquiries from prospects with professionalism and confidence.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and telemarketing skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive abilities and the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
• Previous experience in a call center or sales environment is a plus.
