Job Summary:

As a Virtual Assistant at Global Sky BPO, you will provide essential administrative support to our clients and internal teams. Your role will involve managing various tasks, enabling our clients to focus on their core business activities. We are looking for a proactive and organized individual who can work independently while maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to emails, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars for clients.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and maintaining organized files and records.
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed for projects and reports.
  • Provide support in managing social media accounts and online communications.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service through various communication channels.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents to assist in project management.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online collaboration tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is advantageous.
